Client Organization: HarborPath partnership with OU. 

Audience: Students, faculty, and health partners.

Objective: Persuade and inform the university to provide free Narcan accessibility. 

Date Completed: April 2025

Contribution: Creating surveys, data analysis, writing, and researching.

Technology Utilized: Qualtrics, Google Docs, Canva, and Word. 

Skills Utilized: Data interpretation, teamwork, critical thinking, and strategic writing. 

What I Learned: The experience showed how collaborating makes stronger research and communication leads to health awareness. 

 

2. Crisis Communication Case Study Analysis 

Client Organization: Uber Technologies is the focus company.

Audience: PR professionals and classmates. 

Objective: Analyze Uber’s crisis response and evaluate the company’s communication with stakeholders. 

Date Completed: February 2025

Contribution: Researching Uber’s history, writing response strategies, and editing. 

Technology Utilized: Word, online databases, and APA tools.

Skills Utilized: Writing, researching, editing, and crisis analysis. 

What I Learned: Reinforced how transparency and ethical communication are crucial during a crisis. 

 

3. Case Study Outline: Contemporary Problems

Client Organization: PR research project focusing on the University of Alabama NIL program. 

Audience: Teachers and classmates studying sports and athlete branding. 

Objective: Inform and outline how Alabama manages NIL and partnerships among athletes.

Date Completed: October 2025

Contribution: Background writing, outlining key facts, and researching athletes. 

Technology Utilized: Google Docs, Word, and OU Library Database. 

Skills Utilized: Outlining, researching, writing, and collaboration.  

What I Learned: I learned how to connect PR practices with sports policies. 

 

4. Secondary Research and Competitive Analysis 

Client Organization: HarborPath partnership with OU. 

Audience: Students, faculty, health partners, and HarborPath representatives. 

Objective: Inform stakeholders about current campus trends regarding health and improve Narcan access. 

Date Completed: February 2025

Contribution: Background research, summarizing public health data, and comparing programs. 

Technology Utilized: Google Scholar, OU Library Database, and Word. 

Skills Utilized: Writing, comparison evaluations, and analytical research. 

What I Learned: I learned how secondary research shapes recommendations and how teamwork creates deeper analysis and accuracy. 

 

5. Crisis Communication Plan

Client Organization: Class simulation for Meals on Wheels America. 

Audience: Internal stakeholders and public relations teams. 

Objective: Prepare a plan to guide responses during a reputation crisis or funding cut. 

Date Completed: March 2025 

Contribution: Developed message strategies and created media templates. 

Technology Utilized: Word, Canva, and Google Docs. 

Skills Utilized: Message development, writing, team coordination, and strategic planning. 

What I Learned: Emphasized the importance of planning, consistent messaging, and collaborating closely.
